pauljulian asked: what is it like to live in london?
Sometimes it’s gloriously wonderful to wake up knowing that I live in London and I can just gaze at Battersea Power Station from the train tracks on my way to school and watch the entire city dreamily from the top of a double decker bus and feel like a character in a film whilst walking down Portobello on a Saturday morning. Other times, it can feel suffocating and dreary when it’s bitterly cold and the entire city is downcast and miserable. I never feel more insignificant than when I’m on public transport. It’s a mix of the two.
